Week 5 of Training: Finally completed our first full chart, had a few frustrating workouts/runs, and almost got caught in the middle of a 5K race.

We did it! 5 weeks of training are DONE! It's kind of crazy surreal. I stand here looking at our giant calendar with some pride, disbelief, and motivation! Week 5 was a good week.
